How to Enroll

To enroll your student please follow all instructions below

New & Returning Students

For the 2023-2024 school year ALL students must register regardless of previous enrollment. Registration must be completed in full before students begin classes. Registration packets can be picked up at Por Vida Academy from 9AM to 1PM Monday through Friday.

Please have the following ready to upload at the time of registration:

1. A copy of your complete transcript 

2. A copy of a government-issued ID

3. Shot records

4. Social security card

5. Proof of residency.
